Sundown have a sustained engineering policy which means we are constantly improving our products and offerings, several of which are focussed on the delivery of health and wellbeing solutions / services to the NHS across England. One of these solutions is Yellow Bracelet which Sundown agreed (at our cost) to create a digital back end for the system.This allowed it to use a GB Patented Encryption solution to access care plan data for service users (patients) across the NHS.

With this platform in place we have been able to utilise multi agency collaboration to create the Provider Support Tool.
The Provider Support Tool is a free online tool that is part of the BedStateTracker.co.uk offering that allows homes to self-assess themselves against the latest, current CQC and local authority criteria.
This allows the provider to constantly see the level that they are performing at and understand which areas they need to improve. This type of self-assured running commentary has been in huge demand from the provider community which is why we have delivered this first as part of this year's product offering.
The PST is also used by Local Authority Quality Assurance officers to help homes improve and when used in conjunction with local QA officer inspections, forms a great relational platform for increasing quality across whole areas
At present the tool has been created and rolled out to the 55 homes in Heywood Middleton and Rochdale which has also seen all providers in the area trained on the system. The feedback so far has been very highly positive since its launch in May.

Cancer is something that will affect 1 in 2 of us throughout our lifetimes and we at Sundown have also been affected by this personally.
We were approached by UKONS to help develop an APP that allow cancer nurses across the country to receive and utilise the latest treatment guidelines immediately we clearly wanted to assist.
We created the application to be used by nursing professionals for the treatment of Cancer and realised it into all the main stream app stores where we maintain it.
The vital information that is provided in this solution is not lost on us which is why we support the solution free of charge.
The RNIB approached us earlier this year with a request to make O365 accessible. As we have considerable knowledge and expertise in creating accessible solutions in the cloud and RNIB are a registered charity we offered to help
We created the fully accessible version of all their surveys and newsletters so their staff could read/utilise their content from accessibility enabled devices.
As part of our grass roots Lancashire first ethos we sponsored the whole Ladies team at Accrington Stanley for the year.
We wanted to help promote diverse and inclusive causes and the Accrington Ladies and girls have teams in all age groups so were a perfect fit for our CSR policy commitments.
Continuing our Lancashire first, grass roots theme, we also ensured we sponsored the entire club of Clayton Park Rangers
This allowed all the club training staff to focus on learning and development without having to worry about funding.
For many children in the Clayton-Le-Moors area this is their first real football strip – a big thing for any budding Harry Kane!
In 2017 we were approached by Rossendale Rugby club. A serious incident had occurred where a young youth player had been seriously injured whilst playing away in Cumbria – he was subsequently admitted to hospital and due to a lack of coherent procedural processes chaos ensued.
RRUFC approached us to create a player injury tracking app – this was something that could be developed but at great cost.
We agreed to develop and create the platform for the good and benefit of all concerned and this saw us created, develop, maintain host and support the whole solution for them.
There is now interest in this product on a national scale.

22KILL's mission is to create a community that raises awareness and combats suicide by empowering veterans, first responders, and their families through traditional and non-traditional therapies.
Serve Denton's mission is to partner with local nonprofits to help make their services more accessible for people in need.
Serve Denton is the largest nonprofit center in Denton County and one of the largest in Texas. It is a 4.8 acre nonprofit center located on a major highway in Denton, Texas. Over 29,000 cars pass by the location every single day.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been fortunate enough to not only retain all of our staff, but actually expanded.
We feel it is our responsibility share our fortune with the community. The biggest impact we could see for this throughout the year was to ensure that children and educators in the community are protected.
We have provided multiple donations of masks, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies throughout the year.
